The organisation is looking for a commercially minded HR professional who can build strong relationships, influence decision-making and translate business priorities into effective people solutions.Your new role As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to leaders across your designated business area, combining proactive business partnering with hands-on support across a broad range of people priorities.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with operational and organisational objectives.Supporting workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession, performance and employee engagement initiatives.Using people data and insight to identify trends, anticipate challenges and influence business decisions.Leading and supporting organisational change and transformation activities.Providing expert advice on complex and high-risk employee relations matters, including areas such as redundancy and settlement agreements.Coaching and developing HR colleagues, including acting as an escalation point for more complex people matters.Supporting leaders with ..... full job details .....
