This is a full time, permanent role which is fully office based.What you''ll be doing:Partnering with the Business You''ll work closely with Regional and District Managers, delivering key HR initiatives while coaching and developing leadership capability. You''ll play an important role in organisational design, talent planning, and succession.Employee Relations Expertise You''ll lead on complex ER cases, providing expert employment law advice and, where required, liaising with external legal partners.
