HR Business Partner Birmingham - multi site (1 day working from home) 3 months Temp (with potential of permanent role 40K to 45K Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a well-established organisation in the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join their People Team. This is a broad, hands-on People Partner role where you''ll work closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, providing trusted advice, coaching and practical solutions across the full employee lifecycle.The RoleAs People Partner, you''ll provide a high-quality, solutions-focused People service, supporting managers across a range of employee relations and people matters. You''ll take ownership of an ER caseload, providing advice and coaching on areas including disciplinary, capability, grievance, sickness absence and organisational change.You''ll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider People initiatives, including policy and process development, wellbeing, engagement and diversity, alongside supporting projects and delivering training and presentations.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a varied ER caseload and coaching managers through complex people issues.Providing advice and support around disciplinary, capability, grievance and attendance matters.Supporting managers through organisational change.Developing and reviewing People policies, processes and standards in line with legislation and best practice.Working with Occupational Health and supporting ..... full job details .....
