HR Business Partner (FTC)

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading and growing organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6 month FTC, Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys being close to the operation and working alongside managers and senior leaders to deliver a strong people agenda. You ll act as a trusted partner to the business, providing pragmatic HR advice, coaching managers and helping to ensure colleagues are supported fairly, consistently and in line with company values and employment legislation. What you ll do: Partner with operational leaders to understand business priorities, provide pragmatic people advice and deliver effective people plans. Manage and advise on complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Coach and develop managers to build their confidence and capability, while providing constructive challenge where required. Support organisational change, workforce planning and consultation, working closely with Recruitment and LandD to address vacancies, skills gaps and development needs. Use people data and insight to identify trends and opportunities across engagement, retention, absence and workforce capability, implementing practical actions to improve the colleague experience.
