HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner Merseyside Onsite role ( 1 day WFM ) We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join a busy, fast-paced organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who can build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers while delivering practical, commercially focused people solutions. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a similarly fast-moving environment would be highly advantageous. Alongside providing day-to-day HR support, you will have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR projects, organisational improvements and strategic people initiatives. Key responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and managers to support the delivery of business and people objectives. Provide commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters. Coach and support managers through complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters. Take ownership of complex cases from initial advice through to resolution. Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and employee development. Review absence data, trends and trigger points, working with managers to improve attendance. Support organisational change, restructuring, consultation and transformation programmes.
