      <description>Location: Tile Hill | Salary: £60000 - £65000 per annum | Type: Full time | HR Business Partner   London &amp; South East £65,000 + Car Allowance  Remote / Hybrid Working  Regional Travel Required   An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced  HR Business Partner  to join a large, established and rapidly evolving organisation, with this role covering multiple locations throughout London and the South East region.   This is a highly visible, operational HR role supporting approximately  1,000 colleagues  across a diverse portfolio of contracts and locations. You will work closely with Regional Directors, senior operational leaders and contract managers, providing commercially focused HR support across employee relations, TUPE, organisational change, workforce planning, talent and manager capability.  This is not a purely corporate or desk-based HRBP position. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, field-based environment, building relationships with managers across multiple sites and being visible across the region.
