      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Working closely with senior leaders and managers, the  HR Business Partner  will play a key role in driving organisational capability, supporting business growth and delivering people-focused initiatives across a technology-driven environment.  The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the business to ensure people strategies align with organisational objectives and future growth plans.     The  HR Business Partner  will:     Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support.   Support talent acquisition, employee development, retention and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
