HR Business Partner

Working closely with senior leaders and managers, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving organisational capability, supporting business growth and delivering people-focused initiatives across a technology-driven environment.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the business to ensure people strategies align with organisational objectives and future growth plans.
 
The HR Business Partner will:

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support.
• Support talent acquisition, employee development, retention and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support succession planning, workforce planning and organisational development programmes.
• Manage HR data, reporting and HRIS processes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

 
The HR Business Partner will have:

• Experience partnering with senior leaders within complex organisational environments.
• Experience delivering initiatives across talent management, performance, capability development and organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Experience supporting employee relations activities and people risk management.
• Ability to provide guidance on legal and ethical HR matters.
• Experience working within technology-led or engineering-focused environments.
• CIPD membership and/or relevant HR professional experience.
