About our client

Our client, a European leading private equity firm are currently looking to hire a HR Business Partner to be based in their London office. The firm, which focuses on investing globally, currently invest through two main strategies across multiple industries and a long-standing track record of success. Due to recent growth of the team and the success of the people function, they are now looking to hire an additional HR team member to partner with the London team as well as multiple groups of colleagues across the firm''s European based offices.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work as part of a small but very high performing HR function. The role encompasses a wide range of HR activities, requiring both a strategic and hands on approach, partnering with all levels of stakeholder. This is a brand-new role for the organisation and you will be given the autonomy to mould and develop it as you see fit.

What the job involves

Partner with defined employee groups as the main HR contactMonitor staff sentiment and integrate feedback into talent initiativesSupport business team managers with daily HR matters and HR cycle milestonesManagement of sensitive or difficult conversations with all levels of employeeLead end-to-end recruitment processes when needed, coordinating with all stakeholdersMaintain up to date knowledge of UK employment Law and HR practicesLead on talent management and people development focused projectsProvide operational and administrative HR support when neededWho we are looking for
