HR Business Partner

Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with a well-known manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner at their site in Rotherham on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role following the growth of this successful business. Acting as a true generalist, you will partner closely with the management team and play a key role in supporting and developing the people agenda across the business. This HR Business Partner role offers huge variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Reporting into the HR Manager, this position gives you the freedom to shape the role, influence culture, and drive positive change but also to act as with a standalone capacity.
