HR Business Partner
Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with a well-known manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner at their site in Rotherham on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role following the growth of this successful business. Acting as a true generalist, you will partner closely with the management team and play a key role in supporting and developing the people agenda across the business. This HR Business Partner role offers huge variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Reporting into the HR Manager, this position gives you the freedom to shape the role, influence culture, and drive positive change but also to act as with a standalone capacity. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Act as the trusted HR partner for managers across the site, working closely with the leadership and commercial teamProvide expert guidance on employee relations matters and employment lawCoach and support managers to build capability, confidence, and leadership effectivenessManage and support recruitment, onboarding, and probation processesDrive employee engagement, wellbeing, and people-focused initiativesAnalyse people data and HR metrics to identify trends and improve performanceSupport payroll processes and ensure accurate people administrationLead and manage grievance, disciplinary, and absence management casesSupport talent mapping, succession planning, and workforce ..... full job details .....
