THE POSITION:The main of objective of the role will be to cover all day-to-day HR in a truly operational HR generalist role where no two days are the same. A key part of the role is to support all operational staff and be the go to person in HR, coaching, supporting, advising on all things HR, and where appropriate challenge site operational managers and operational staff on all HR matters, helping develop and grow their HR knowledge and capability ensuring and maintaining a strong people centric culture. Supporting and coaching managers on the full range of HR activities covering ER, GDPR and compliancy, contracts, employment terms and conditions and HR procedures.Ensure compliance with local law, legislation and internal policies and procedures. Responsibility for recruitment, Talent, succession and workforce planning, salary reviews, evaluations and getting involved in HR projects and companywide initiatives. Efficient and correct administration of employee data and HR related communication to employees.Support with data analytics to help drive performance and support strategic workforce planningClosely partner with key Stakeholders to ensure HR projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented regionally.Provide full end to end ER case management covering; ..... full job details .....
