Hr Business Partner

This is a fantastic opportunity to join-a major UK Infrastructure business with sites right across the UK and further afield.-

The position of HR Business Partner will be based in Liverpool,- providing-support to the-unionised Operations divisions in Merseyside, Glasgow and Kent. This is a manual 24/7 environment with positive labour relations. They will also partner some of the corporate Group Functions.-

Reporting into the Head of HR, and as part of a high calibre HR team, this person will mix-strategic vision and interventions alongside a practical hands-on style. They will be influential, credible, and enjoy being a visible asset within this business.

The role will be based in Liverpool 4 days per week with one day at home. There will be monthly visits to Glasgow and Kent.

Union experience would be beneficial but not essential.
