Alongside the wider team, you will support all aspects of HR and recruitment across the UK while also gaining exposure to teams in South Africa and Asia, making this a fantastic opportunity to broaden your international HR experience. This is a strategic and analytical HR Business Partner role where you''ll work closely with leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, support organisational growth and drive employee engagement, performance and talent management initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnering • Support leaders with HR strategy, workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent management. • Partner with stakeholders to align people initiatives with business objectives. • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, performance and organisational effectiveness.
