Interim HR Business Partner
Full-time | East London | -22 per hour / Start ASAP
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a Multi-Academy Trust in East London on an interim basis. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking educational organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders and school-based staff to deliver strategic and operational HR support.

Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change.

Support recruitment and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with Trust policies and safeguarding requirements.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with employment law and best practice.

Work closely with the central HR team to deliver high-quality services across the Trust.
About You

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the education or public sector.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Ability to manage complex HR cases with professionalism and sensitivity.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
