Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation at an exciting time of change and growth. This is a strategic role where you''ll partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational performance and foster a high-performing culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals. Lead organisational change, talent development and employee engagement initiatives. Provide expert advice on UK employment law and complex employee relations. Support performance, succession planning, recruitment and retention. Use HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. About You: Proven Senior HR Business Partner experience within a complex or multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations. Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills. CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) preferred.
