HR Business Partner - Consultancy/Accountancy

Your New Role As HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the business to drive people initiatives that support organisational objectives, employee engagement, and business performance.This is a varied role offering a blend of strategic partnering and hands-on delivery, including: Building strong relationships with senior leaders and providing commercially focused HR advice. Supporting the delivery of people strategies aligned to business goals. Partnering with Centres of Expertise including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations. Coaching and supporting managers on a range of people-related matters. Leading and supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives. Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, processes, and employee experiences. Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting international and multi-site stakeholder groups where applicable.
