HR Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an HR Business Partner for a 10-month fixed-term contract based in Southampton, Hampshire. Reporting to the Site HR Manager and supporting approximately 150 employees across key manufacturing operations, this role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, driving people strategy, talent initiatives, and employee engagement during a period of change and growth.What will the HR Business Partner role involve? Partner with manufacturing leaders to deliver the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and retentionLead succession planning, talent development, and career progression initiatives to build a future-ready workforceManage employee relations cases, advising managers on complex matters and ensuring compliance with UK employment lawSupport recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and onboarding to attract and retain talentDeliver engagement and inclusion programmes, fostering a positive workplace cultureAdminister annual pay reviews, training compliance, and benefits processesLead and support HR projects, including change management and process improvement initiatives Suitable candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience within a manufacturing or complex operational environmentStrong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practicesProven experience ..... full job details .....
