About the role The role is generalist in nature covering the full remit of the HR Business Partner including employee relations, absence management, recruitment and learning and development. The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes: - Partner with line managers in effectively managing and leading their teams and create accountability through constructive challenge and an assertive approach to influence decision making Manage employee relations proactively in a positive, professional and empathetic way.
