Butler Rose HR are working with one of our long-standing clients to recruit an HR Manager for their established business in Ulverston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of a broad HR generalist role, combining hands-on employee support with the opportunity to shape and deliver people-focused initiatives at a senior level. As the sole HR professional, you will have responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, working closely with the senior leadership team and managers across the business. You will be a trusted point of contact for all people-related matters, providing practical advice, driving improvements and ensuring the business has the right people, processes and policies in place to support its continued success. What will you be doing? This is a varied position where no two days are likely to be the same. Your responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of the recruitment process, from identifying staffing requirements and attracting candidates through to selection, onboarding and induction. Working alongside managers to understand workforce requirements, develop talent pipelines and support succession planning.
