HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a successful, growing organisation operating within a complex, project-driven environment. This is a strategic HR leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence organisational performance, shape people strategy, and drive meaningful business change. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in developing leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding a high-performance culture across the business. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people, performance, and organisational matters. Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, building capability and delivering high-quality HR support. Design and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. Lead organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation programmes. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders. Support the development of a positive, values-led and high-performing culture. Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, accountability, and organisational effectiveness.
