New HR Business Partner role, based in London! I am delighted to be working with one of my clients, based in London as they look to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their team. Salary - up to 50k per annum (DOE)Working pattern - 5 days in the officeTerm - Full time and Permanent Location - London (NW) The HRBP will work directly with senior managers, management teams and other internal and external stakeholders across a range of HR activity to provide accurate HR advice in a timely manner. HR Business Partner: Provide timely, accurate and robust advice and guidance on complex HR issues including, but not limited to disciplinary, capability, grievance, absence management and organisational changeTake a leading role in restructuring and change programmes including project planning and coordination of severance and VR processes ensuring legislative and statutory requirements are taken in to account at all timesSupport key operational and strategic HR initiativesProvide assistance, guidance and support to investigating managers during complex employment relation casesHandling of responses and preparation for employment tribunal cases, including liaison with employment lawyers and ACAS, seeking alternative resolution where appropriate. Making sound judgements and managing risk appropriatelySupport organisation wide initiatives to improve the wellbeing and engagement of teams and individuals, as well as working with local management teams to identify local issues requiring ..... full job details .....
