This is a pivotal role working closely with the Head of HR where you will take ownership of day-to-day operations and freeing up their strategic capacity at senior level. With a current headcount of 40 and a diverse workforce across engineering, corporate, and manufacturing functions, the people agenda is both complex and rewarding. You will be the key link between operational HR delivery and strategic goals, with a remit that spans employee relations, recruitment, policy development, and line manager capability building.
