We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation operating across multiple locations throughout Dorset and the surrounding region. This is a true generalist HR role with a strong operational focus, offering the opportunity to work closely with managers and senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions that support business performance. This is an 18 month FTCPartnering with managers and leaders across multiple sites to provide proactive HR support.Supporting employee relations activity, including complex case management, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.Using HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, provide insights and support business planning.Coaching and developing managers to improve leadership capability and people management practices.Supporting organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Driving engagement, retention and talent development activities.Working collaboratively with wider HR teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.We ..... full job details .....
