This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR BP to join a nationwide solicitors firm at their HQ in Central London (Monument). This role will be 5 days a week (35hrs) in the office and is paying £55,000. To be considered for this position you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and ideally have previous professional services experience. Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another HR Business Partner and a LandD Coordinator you will help look after 500 staff split across circa 50 UK offices As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for: Employee Relations, including disciplinary and grievance cases Recruitment, onboarding, training, staff reviews and appraisals Best practice advice and guidance on company policies Assisting with payroll and employee benefits Working with supervisors, managers and directors for performance management The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HR BP / Senior HR Generalist in a commercial, fast-paced environment, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a large workload under pressure.
