The Role: Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and translate this into practical plansLead workforce planning, organisational design and effectiveness initiatives to support growth and transformationLead delivery of the people agenda across transformation, restructuring and integration activity, including TUPE where relevantProvide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and conduct casesEnsure compliance with UK employment legislation while balancing risk and commercial outcomesDevelop retention strategies for key talent and champion inclusion, wellbeing and employee experience  Requirements:  Strong HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, matrix environmentProven expertise in organisational change, transformation and restructuringSolid employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment lawExperience delivering talent and succession processesS...</description>
