About the Role
Amida seeks an HR Business Partner to join its central People team, based in Bristol with travel across southern England. This permanent role offers a salary of £52,000 to £55,000 per annum and is predominantly remote, requiring occasional visits to various sites. You will deliver professional HR advice to leaders, managers, and staff, collaborating closely with site-based HR contacts. Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues; supporting process updates and system implementation; promoting equality and diversity; and assisting with recruitment and safer recruitment policies. Working in a close knit central People team, you will provide professional and efficient HR advice to support leaders, managers and staff, working closely with the designated HR person at each site.
Duties will include:
- Advising on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters
- Assist with updates and implementation of processes and systems
- Promote equality and diversity across sites
- Support recruitment activity, including safer recruitment policies
- General stakeholder collaboration and communication

This is a full time role mostly remote working with some travel to sites across South England and a London Head office, so candidates must be located in Southern England.
It is essential to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.
