You will manage employee relations cases, contribute to strategic people initiatives, support organisational change, and help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations and HR AdvisoryProvide professional advice and coaching to managers on a range of employment matters.Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance cases.Support managers throughout investigations and formal processes.Provide guidance on organisational change and workforce-related matters.Facilitate mediation meetings where appropriate.Absence Management and ..... full job details .....
