If you''re passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to European client groups, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance performance and drive growth.Provide expert knowledge in HR processes, employment law, talent management, organisational design, and change management.Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and coaching, ensuring compliance and fostering positive labour relations across multiple jurisdictions.Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence to implement efficient HR processes that cater to local needs while maintaining scalability.Lead or participate in HR projects, utilising analytics and industry trends (including AI) to innovate and improve HR practises.Offer confidential support to employees, ensuring compliance with employment law and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships.Talent and Culture Focus:Oversee HR lifecycle processes, including performance reviews, compensation, succession planning, and talent development.Identify skills gaps and support ..... full job details .....
