      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 26.45-26.45 Hourly | Type: Contract | 4Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our clients HR team and provide high-quality, professional HR support across the Council and schools.The candidate will only be required to work in the office two days per week; the remaining days can be worked from home.As HR Business Partner, you will provide expert advice and support on a broad range of complex HR matters, including attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance and conflict resolution cases. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders to support organisational change, restructures, staffing reductions and TUPE processes, ensuring risks are managed and appropriate procedures are followed.You will also support employment tribunal casework, contribute to the development of HR policies and strategies, deliver training and briefings, analyse workforce data, and build effective working relationships with trade unions, schools and internal stakeholders.
