You will work closely with managers and senior leaders to support organisational change, restructures, staffing reductions and TUPE processes, ensuring risks are managed and appropriate procedures are followed.You will also support employment tribunal casework, contribute to the development of HR policies and strategies, deliver training and briefings, analyse workforce data, and build effective working relationships with trade unions, schools and internal stakeholders.
