Key Responsibilities for a HR BP: Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing expert advice on Employee Relations matters, organisational change and people issues.Manage and resolve a wide range of ER casework, using proactive early intervention to achieve positive outcomes.Build strong relationships with managers, coaching and supporting them on HR best practice and employment legislation.Support absence management, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives to enhance the colleague experience.Partner with Trade Union representatives to foster positive employee relations and effective consultation.Analyse people data and trends to identify risks, inform ..... full job details .....
