HR Associate
HR Associate Initial 3 months with view to extend £15 Per hour Newbury (Hybrid) Your New Role As a People Associate, you will play an important role within thePeople Services team, providing professional, responsive andcustomer-focused HR administration and support to employees andmanagers across the organisation. You will support the fullemployee lifecycle, preparing and processing employmentdocumentation such as contracts, contractual amendments,probation letters and termination letters, while maintainingaccurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR InformationSystem. You will work closely with the Payroll team to ensureemployee information is processed accurately and that employeesare paid correctly and on time. You will also manage HR queriesthrough the People Services ticketing system, ensuring issues areresolved professionally and within agreed timescales. Alongsideyour day-to-day responsibilities, you will contribute toimproving HR processes and documentation, support wider Peopleprojects and promote a positive, engaging and supportiveworkplace culture. Ensuring Your Success To be successful in this role, you will have excellent writtenand verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail andgood IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. You willhave experience working with HR Information Systems andmaintaining accurate employee records, with the ability to handlesensitive and confidential information professionally.
