To be considered for this full time permanent Human Resources role you will ideally have A genuine interest in HR Be degree-qualified (or have equivalent experience in a HR field) Have strong organisational and communication skills Be a proactive individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn Have good IT skillsIn this role you will Coordinate a professional, efficient, accurate and confidential HR administration service for the College Develop and maintain quality administrative systems and procedures to support the work of Human Resources and the College Confidentially process and store data, documents and filesThe salary being offered is on a pay scale of between 23500 and 24100 working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week 08.30 - 5.00 Mon - Thurs 08.30 - 16.30 on Friday with an hours lunch break.Benefits being offered include 33 days'' annual leave, including 8 bank holidays Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Benefits High Street Discounts scheme with access to discounts at a host of retailers Access to 24/7 Support Line for employees and close family household members A focused and committed wellbeing group at the forefront of positive initiatives Healthcare cash plan ..... full job details .....
