      <description>Location: Ealing | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Title: HR Assistant/PA to the Headteacher  Hours: 17.5 hours per week  Reporting to: Operations Manager/The Headteacher  Contract type: 08:00 to 12 noon Mon to Fri - Term time only  Main purpose:  As the HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run efficiently and in line with school policies and safeguarding requirements. You will manage HR administration, support recruitment processes, and maintain accurate staff records.  Duties and responsibilities:  Human Resources    Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records e.g. staff files, contracts, DBS, absence records.  Supporting the recruitment process including preparing job adverts, collating applications,arranging interviews, and onboarding.  Processing starters, leavers, and contract variations.  Assisting with the administration of payroll changes and liaising with payroll providers as necessary.  Supporting induction and training records for staff.  Managing staff absence returns and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR).
