You will manage HR administration, support recruitment processes, and maintain accurate staff records. Duties and responsibilities: Human Resources Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records e.g. staff files, contracts, DBS, absence records. Supporting the recruitment process including preparing job adverts, collating applications,arranging interviews, and onboarding. Processing starters, leavers, and contract variations. Assisting with the administration of payroll changes and liaising with payroll providers as necessary. Supporting induction and training records for staff.
