      <description>Location: Waltham Cross | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Assistant  Job Type: Temporary  We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our HR team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance across the Trust. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient HR operations and ensuring compliance with employment standards and school policies. Day-to-day of the role:   HR Administration:  Draft and distribute employment-related documents such as contract changes and promotion letters. Manage the HR inbox, ensuring emails are correctly allocated. Conduct exit interviews and complete leaver actions promptly. Maintain confidential HR files and adhere to GDPR and data retention principles. Assist with the preparation of the annual staff workforce census and training actions.    Access People (HR and Payroll system):  Update and maintain records accurately and timely. Assist with payroll submissions and system queries.
