Role Overview  The HR Administrator delivers a range of operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes, HR systems, records, and documentation are managed accurately, efficiently, and consistently. Key Responsibilities HR Administration, Systems and Compliance  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and associated files. Process employee lifecycle changes, absence records, and contractual information accurately and within required timescales. Support payroll processing, compliance obligations, and management reporting requirements. Act as a key user of the HR system, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
