HR Assistant

Stevenage – Fully Office Based
Part-Time – 25-30 Hours Per Week (across 3-5 days)
£13.45 - £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting with timesheet approvals and processing

Carrying out a variety of HR administrative duties

Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

Assisting the HR team with day-to-day operations

Responding to employee queries in a professional manner

Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or office support

Reliable, organised and able to manage workload effectively

Confident communicator with a professional approach

Able to work at speed while maintaining accuracy

Strong attention to detail and good IT skills

Comfortable working fully office-based as part of a team

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload and is looking for a stable part-time opportunity within a supportive environment.
