This is a key support role within the HR team, providing day to day administrative and operational support, with a strong focus on Time and Attendance (T&amp;A) accuracy to ensure smooth and correct payroll processing. You will also play an important part in wider HR administration, helping to keep employee records accurate and supporting the effective running of workforce operations across the site.   Key Responsibilities    Time and Attendance Administration    Maintain accurate Time and Attendance records within the system to support payroll accuracy and deadlines.  Review, check, and update timesheets to ensure hours, absences, and attendance data are correct.  Ensure all working time information is fully reconciled ahead of payroll cut off.  Process corrections, adjustments, and deductions where required.  Investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies, escalating where necessary to ensure accurate pay outcomes.
