Hr Assistant requirements:


  • A highly driven, ambitious and organised Human Resources Assistant who takes pride in fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging work place for all staff members.
  • We are seeking a HR assistant who can work in a small team providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers, including employee relations, performance, absence, probation and wellbeing matters
  • You must be able and confident coordinating recruitment administration.
  • The successful candidate will be working alongside the finance team to support payroll.
  • Supporting employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, with guidance from the Operations andamp; People Director where appropriate
  • Helping ensure HR policies, processes and employment practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation and are applied consistently across the business.
