Are you a keen to develop your career within HR? We are currently recruiting for an HR Assistant to join a fantastic company in Chandlers Ford. You will be working in a small by dynamic HR team supporting in a wide range of HR functions. This is a really important role where you will gain exposure to all areas of the group. In order to be considered you will need to be CIPD qualified (Level 5) or at least working towards it. The Role This is a varied and busy role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR, working in a small team delivering the best possible HR service for the group. Some specific duties and responsibilities include: Co-ordinating offer letters, contracts and other employee documentation On boarding new starters Being first point of contact for employee queries Maintaining and updating employee records Monitoring consistency of HR policies and procedures across the group Supporting ER cases, taking notes in meetings Providing general administrative support, including answering the phones, filing, dealing with e-mails and other correspondence The Ideal Candidate In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role. You will be CIPD Qualified (Level 5) or working towards it. You will need to have strong administration skills and be confident in supporting across a variety of HR functions.
