Key Responsibilities:Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queriesMaintaining accurate HR records and personnel documentationSupporting employee onboarding and leaver processesProducing employment-related correspondence and documentation using templatesAssisting with holiday, absence and leave administrationProviding HR reports and management information as requiredCoordinating training courses and development activitiesManaging shared inboxes and diariesProviding general administrative support across a wide range of HR activities About You:To be considered, you will ideally have around 12 months'' experience in a HR Assistant or HR Administration role, preferably within a professional services environment.You will also possess:Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesA meticulous approach with exceptional attention to detailReliability, discretion and professionalismThe ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlinesGood IT skills, including ..... full job details .....
