Description

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including maintaining personnel records.
• Assist in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities, including preparing induction materials and organising training sessions.
• Handle employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
• Update and manage the HR database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

• Previous experience or education in Human Resources or administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
