Be the first point of contact for the HR function, resolving queries and triaging requests- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various HR teams, expanding your knowledge and experience- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance HR operations
Preferred Requirements:
- Make judgements on prioritizing work to manage your workload and respond to urgent requests, with support from your team leader and service manager
- Assist with a variety of HR functions, including casework, absence data and cases, recruitment, workforce reporting, systems support, and learning and/or organization development
- Utilize HR systems and databases to accurately record all work actions, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues, collaborating to generate ideas and solutions for the HR function
- Demonstrate a commitment to driving a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function
- Relevant experience in an HR or administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficient in using HR systems and databases, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate record
