As the Human Resources Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle for the firm''s Business Professional teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, including new joiner paperwork, inductions and exit administration. Coordinating background checks and right-to-work verification and maintaining accurate employee records. Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to routine employee queries and escalating more complex matters where appropriate. Maintaining HR systems, including ADP, and assisting with data quality checks, headcount tracking and reporting. Supporting the administration of employee benefits, including pension, private medical insurance, life assurance and season ticket loans.
