You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle and need to be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment, onboarding and induction.Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.Process starters, leavers and contractual changes.Produce HR reports and support HR projects.Manage HR and Careers inboxes.Provide first-line support to employees and managers.About YouHR administration experience.Good understanding of HR processes.Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.HR systems and CIPD experience desirable.Contact Nicola at HRGO recruitment on or email</description>
