The roles and responsibilities of this HR Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Consultant role: Collaborating with leaders to deliver AI-led transformation and evolve operating models. Leading change programmes to drive engagement and ensure sustainable adoption. Designing organisational structures and roles aligned with automation and AI initiatives. Conducting workforce planning and capability mapping to build future-ready teams. Enabling learning and strengthening leadership capability to support AI adoption.
