Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.Screen and interview candidates, ensuring the best talent joins our team.Develop and improve hiring pipelines, ensuring efficiency in recruitment.Support HR functions, including employee relations and performance management.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Contribute to company culture and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
