This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition while gaining a recognised qualification and valuable hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. About the Role The HR and Recruitment Apprentice will have the opportunity to develop and learn across two core areas to include HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition. The role will provide a foundation in HR generalist activities that support the employee lifecycle such as updating our HR systems with things like new starter and leaver records as well as monitoring key dates and changes across employee information, absence management and performance management. This will lead nicely into the Talent Acquisition activities from learning how to write a job advert, candidate attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection and the onboarding of candidates.
