This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys balancing operational HR, recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and people development within a fast-paced and growing business. The Role As HR and Recruitment Lead, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll administration support, organisational change projects, and learning and development initiatives. You will become a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance, consistency, and best practice across all HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across the organisation. • Partner with hiring managers to deliver successful recruitment campaigns. • Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, contracts, and onboarding. • Ensure Right to Work compliance and pre-employment screening requirements are met. • Drive improvements in candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.Employee Relations • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. • Support and lead disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and capability processes. • Prepare HR documentation and correspondence. • Attend ..... full job details .....
