The Company: Our client is a well-established and growing business seeking a highly organised and proactive HR and People Advisor to support the Head of People and HR across a broad operational remit. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to somebody who enjoys staying one step ahead, improving processes and supporting both people and business operations. Role and Responsibilities of the HR and People Advisor: Provide comprehensive HR and people support across the employee lifecycle Manage HR administration including contracts, onboarding documentation and employee records Support employee relations processes including absence management, investigations and general HR queries Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities Maintain HR systems, reports and databases ensuring GDPR compliance and accuracy Work closely with the Head of People and HR to support operational priorities and continuous improvement projects Act as a key liaison across departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination Support training, wellbeing initiatives and wider people-focused projects across the business About You as the HR and ..... full job details .....
