HR and Payroll ManagerLocation: Rayleigh Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits Hours: Full Time Permanent 9:00am - 5:00pmAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Payroll Manager to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle within a growing organisation.This is a varied, hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. You will also take responsibility for payroll coordination, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing.Please note: Travel to other sites will be required as part of this role.Key ResponsibilitiesPolicy and ComplianceMaintain and update HR policies and employment documentation in line with current legislation and best practiceTalent Acquisition and RetentionManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processesSupport initiatives to attract and retain top talentPayroll CoordinationOversee weekly and monthly payroll processes in collaboration with FinanceEnsure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processingPerformance ManagementLead the annual appraisal cycleSupport the delivery of training and development initiativesHR AdministrationMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsEnsure full GDPR compliance at all timesEmployee RelationsManage employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and wellbeing supportHealth and ..... full job details .....
